*Monthly live Q&A and Co-working Sessions will not be recorded. To get the most out of them and to stay on top of your books, we recommend showing up live. If you have to screen share, we will go into a breakout room with you if you aren't comfortable screen sharing in the group

HELP DESK

Support Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:30pm MST


Response Time: 2 to 4 hours during regular office hours except weekends and holidays and when offices are closed for company events.

If a request is received after 3:30 p.m. MST on a Friday, a response will be sent on the following Monday (excluding holidays). For any documents that need review, please allow 3 business days for a response.
